Completely surrounded by greenery, the B&B is located 3 km from the historic centre of Belluno, which can be easily reached on foot along a small road with little traffic, or by bus (the bus stop is 500 m away). Its location at the foot of Mount Serva is ideal for trekking and biking lovers.

Two ski instructors are part of the staff at our B&B and are at your complete disposal for day trips (e.g. the possibility of the accompanied Tour of the 4 Mountain Passes). We also have a medium-mountain guide from the DolomitiBeat team who organises interesting hiking and e-bike tours of various levels in the Valbelluna and the Dolomites. Summer proposals
Hiking and cycling
We offer a bike rental service (mountain bikes or electric bikes). We have a DolomitiBeat middle-mountain guide available for tours who knows the most beautiful routes in the province of Belluno to perfection. At our B&B you can safely leave your bike in a special storage room and recharge your electric bike. We are located just a few minutes from the Munich-Venice Cycle Route and provide the ideal solution for those who want to take a short break. From the hotel it is possible to reach the Santa Croce Lake by bike and also to ride all over the Valbelluna and its numerous cycle paths.
There are also numerous excursions to offer our guests according to the desired level of difficulty: from a simple walk on Col Visentin to a difficult trip on Monte Serva.
Winter proposals
Skiing, snowshoeing, hiking in the snow
The province of Belluno has ski facilities of varying degrees of difficulty. The ideal destination for families who want to learn to ski is Nevegal and then there are larger ski areas such as Skicivetta, SkiArea San Pellegrino-Alpe Lusia and Ski Area Faloria - Cristallo - Mietres.
We rent snowshoes for those wishing to go on a night or day hike, and have reduction in many ski rental shops. For day trips/courses our ski instructors are at your disposal.
